5 year warranty on foam (manufacturing faults, not animal damage ie chewing)
1 year warranty on covers (manufacturing faults, not animal damage ie chewing)
Cleaning Instructions:
- Wipe complete mattress with warm water and mild detergent/soap on sponge or soft cloth. Cover can be commercially laundered up to 95degrees celsius.
- To sterilise mattress, dilute 1 part Sodium Hypochlorite with 100 parts water, wipe all of mattress then rinse completely with clean water and dry thoroughly.
NB. Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.
